1. Free Grant Report<\/h2>\n

Our initial grant report is free. There is nothing to refund.<\/p>\n\n

2. Pro Subscription ($39\/month CAD)<\/h2>\n

The Pro Subscription is $39\/month CAD. It includes one application framework per month plus ongoing matching against new programs added to our database.<\/p>\n\n

2.1 The 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee<\/h3>\n

If you subscribe to NorthGrants Pro and are not satisfied with your first application framework, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

To qualify:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • You must have received at least one application framework<\/li>\n
  • You must email support@northgrants.ca<\/strong> within 14 days of your first billing charge<\/li>\n
  • Briefly describe what wasn’t useful (we use this feedback to improve)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    We will issue a full refund of your first month’s charge and cancel your subscription. No questions, no friction. We’d rather keep customers who find real value than hold onto a fee from someone who doesn’t.<\/p>\n\n

    2.2 After the 14-Day Window<\/h3>\n

    Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable after the 14-day window.<\/strong> You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you retain access to Pro features until then.<\/p>\n

    We do not prorate refunds for partial months.<\/p>\n\n

    2.3 Unused Monthly Credits<\/h3>\n

    Your monthly subscription includes one application framework per billing cycle. If you do not request a framework in a given month, the credit does not roll over to the next month and is not refundable. We recommend requesting your monthly framework whenever a relevant grant opportunity comes up; you can also request additional frameworks at any time (see Section 3).<\/p>\n\n

    2.4 Exceptions<\/h3>\n

    We will consider refunds outside the 14-day window in cases of:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • Technical failure on our end:<\/strong> if our service was unavailable or broken for a significant portion of your billing period<\/li>\n
    • Accidental or duplicate charges:<\/strong> we’ll refund these immediately upon verification<\/li>\n
    • Unauthorized charges:<\/strong> contact us and your card issuer right away<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

      3. Additional Application Frameworks ($39 each)<\/h2>\n

      You can purchase additional application frameworks at $39 CAD each, whether or not you have an active subscription. Subscribers receive one framework per month included in the subscription fee; any frameworks beyond the included monthly one are charged at the same $39 rate.<\/p>\n\n

      3.1 Refund Window for One-Time Purchases<\/h3>\n

      If you purchase an additional application framework and are not satisfied with what we deliver, you may request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date<\/strong>, provided you have not already submitted the framework to a granting agency. Email support@northgrants.ca<\/strong> with the email address used for the purchase and a brief reason for the request.<\/p>\n

      We will refund the full $39 to the original payment method.<\/p>\n\n

      3.2 What Is Not Refundable<\/h3>\n
        \n
      • Frameworks already submitted to a granting agency in any form<\/li>\n
      • Purchases made more than 14 days ago<\/li>\n
      • Time you spent reviewing or finalizing the framework<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

        4. What a Refund Does Not Include<\/h2>\n
          \n
        • Any grants you have already applied to using frameworks we produced<\/li>\n
        • Time you or your team spent on applications<\/li>\n
        • Third-party fees (e.g., if you hired someone to review or polish your application)<\/li>\n
        • Opportunities you chose not to pursue<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          As stated in our Terms of Service, NorthGrants does not guarantee grant approval or funding. A refund applies only to your subscription fee or one-time framework purchase.<\/p>\n\n

          5. How to Request a Refund<\/h2>\n

          Email support@northgrants.ca<\/strong> with:<\/p>\n

          1. The email address on your subscription<\/li>\n
          2. The approximate date of the charge<\/li>\n
          3. A brief reason for the request<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            We will confirm receipt within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5 to 10 business days. Refunds go back to the original payment method.<\/p>\n\n

            6. Chargebacks<\/h2>\n

            If you dispute a charge with your card issuer without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account while the dispute is investigated. We prefer to resolve concerns directly: it’s faster for you and cheaper for us.<\/p>\n\n

            7. Changes to This Policy<\/h2>\n

            We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes apply to charges made after the update date; charges before the update are governed by the policy in effect at the time of the charge.<\/p>\n\n
