Who qualifies
- Eligible industries: All sectors adopting AI or advanced productivity technology
- Eligible activities: AI adoption and digital transformation (customer-service tools, back-office automation, data infrastructure); productivity and advanced-equipment projects. At least one Canadian project component required.

Deadlines & how to apply
$500M program launched April 24, 2026 to help 1,000+ Canadian SMEs adopt AI. Two tracks: Digital Transformation and AI (minimum $1M revenue, loans up to $2M, mandatory BDC Advisory Services plan) and Productivity and Advanced Equipment (minimum $5M revenue, advisory optional). Loans $25K to $5M, principal payments can be postponed up to 2 years. A technology or digital plan is required to apply.
